Apple Pie Blondies

Ingredients
- 250g oats (set aside 20g from this to sprinkle on top)
- 100g Earth Protein in Vanilla, Vanilla Chai, Vanilla Maple or Salted Caramel
- 400g can pie apples
- 400g can of cannellini beans (white beans), rinsed and drained
- 100g non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 15g baking powder
- 50g sweetener
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- splash of vanilla
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2: Blitz all ingredients in the food processor until smooth.
- Step 3: Pour into a square baking tin lined with baking paper, sprinkle with extra oats and bake for around 45mins.
- Step 4: Cool in the tin before removing and cutting into 8 to serve.
