Apple Crumble

Ingredients
Apple filling
- 280g Tinned apple
- 5g Nativa gold
Crumble
- 20g Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC or Protein Matrix+ in Vanilla
- 10g Natvia Gold
- 10g Light butter (25%)
- 30g Rolled oats
- 10g Plain flour
Instructions
Apple filling
- Step 1: In two small ovenproof bowls, split the apples between both bowls.
- Step 2: Sprinkle native gold one apples and mix them around.
Crumble
- Step 1: In a separate bowl, mix oats, butter, natvia gold and protein powder together. Use hands to combine it well.
- Step 2: Add to the top of the bowls of apple
- Step 3: Place in the over for 15 mins on 180 or until crumble is golden brown.
- Step 4: Serve with yogurt.
