Apple and Cinnamon Stove Top Oats

Ingredients
- 20g Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC or Protein Matrix + in Vanilla
- 45g Rolled oats
- 220ml water
- 100g apple cut into small pieces
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 3g Natvia gold
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix oats, protein powder and water in a small saucepan.
- Step 2: Stir over medium heat until it starts to thicken (add more water if needed).
- Step 3: Add in apple and continue stirring.
- Step 4: Stir in a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Step 5: Once it thickens, add to a bowl with natvia gold on top.
