Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) Protein Matrix+ in Limited Edition Jaffa flavour
- 50 grams medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons almond meal
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 2 teaspoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut - for coating
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Step 2: If too dry, add water as needed.
- Step 3: Separate into eight balls and roll through coconut if desired.
- Step 4: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
