Strawberries and Cream Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
- 140g Strawberries and Cream Thermowhey
- 160g rolled oats
- 200g light cream cheese
- 200ml sugar-free maple syrup
- Vanilla essence/extract to taste
- 150g chopped strawberries
Instructions
- Step 1: Blitz the rolled oats in a food processor until finely textured.
- Step 2: Add the cream cheese, protein, vanilla and syrup and food process until smooth.
- Step 3: Stir through the chopped strawberries and pour into a square tin lined with baking paper or foil.
- Step 4: Freeze until nearly set, then remove and cut into your 8 bars/16 squares. Put in an airtight container and freeze completely. Remove a bar a few minutes before eating.
