Spiced Hummus and Avocado Dip

Ingredients
Spiced Hummus Dip
- 1 can (250g) chickpeas
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 lemon - juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon MCT Oil
- Smokey paprika for sprinkling as garnish
- Roasted pepitas and almonds as garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients except for the olive oil, paprika, roasted pepitas and almonds in a food processor.
- Step 2: Blend until well combined and smooth.
- Step 3: Pour out into your choice of serving dish.
- Step 4: Serve with sprinkle of paprika and olive oil, and toasted nuts and seeds.
- Step 5: Best stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in a sealed container.
