Red Velvet Brownies

Ingredients
Brownie
- 110g Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC or Protein Matrix+ in Chocolate
- 250g Yoghurt
- 175ml Skim milk
- 60g Plain flour
- 30g Cocoa
- 60g White chocolate
- 15g Natvia sweetener
- 5g Baking soda
- 5 Drops red food colouring
Icing
- 60g Yoghurt
- 80g Light cream cheese
- 20g Vanilla protein powder
- 20g White chocolate (melted)
Instructions
Brownie
- Step 1: Mix protein powder, cocoa, flour, baking soda and sweetener in a bowl.
- Step 2: Stir in yoghurt and milk until well combined (add a splash more milk if needed).
- Step 3: Stir in food colouring.
- Step 4: Pour half the mixture into a lined baking tin.
- Step 5: Cut up the chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle on the mixture.
- Step 6: Pour the rest of the mixture on top, covering the cut up chocolate.
- Step 7: Bake for 20 - 25 mins at 180 degrees.
- Step 8: Allow cooling before icing.
Icing
- Step 1: Mix yogurt and cream cheese together in a bowl, and add in protein powder.
- Step 2: Stir in melted chocolate.
- Step 3: Spread over brownies and refrigerate.
