Protein Zucchini Fritters

Ingredients
- 170g zucchini
- 90g egg whites
- 10g Micellar Casein protein - raw (unflavoured)
- 10g parmesan cheese
- 15g shredded light tasty cheese
- 10g wholemeal plain flour
- Garlic & onion powder
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Grate the zucchini and squeeze out any excess fluid (easiest using a cheese cloth). Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season.
- Step 2: Using a large fry pan over medium heat, spoon half the mixture into the pan to form a patty. Do the same with the remaining mixture. Fry for a 4-5 mins and then flip.
