Ingredients
- 1 serve (14.2g) Bulk Nutrients BCAA Recovery in Lemonade
- 300ml water
- 2 slices pineapple
- 1 kiwifruit - sliced
Instructions
- Step 1: Place BCAA Recovery with water and pineapple in a food processor and blend to combine.
- Step 2: Slice kiwi fruit and place into icy pole molds. Pour in liquid pineapple mixture.
- Step 3: Place in the freezer to set. Best left overnight.
