Single-Serve Oreo Protein Cookie

Ingredients
- 15g Earth Protein in Chocolate
- 10g plain flour
- 10g sweetener
- 10g high-protein non-fat plain/Greek yoghurt
- splash of vanilla
- 15ml sugar-free maple syrup
- 10g Nutella
- pinch of baking soda
- 10g crushed Oreos to top (1 Oreo)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180C.
- Step 2: Mix the dry ingredients (except the crushed Oreo) together in a small bowl.
- Step 3: Add the wet ingredients and mix again.
- Step 4: Knead with your hands to form a dough, then flatten into a cookie shape on a lined baking tray. Top with broken Oreos and bake for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Serves 1.
