Nutella Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients
Base
- 100g Choc Hazelnut protein powder
- 50g Oats
- 50g Coconut flour
- 50g Skim Milk
- 15g Light Butter (25%)
- 50g Sugar free maple syrup
Cheesecake
- 20g Choc Hazelnut protein powder
- 150g Cream Cheese (low fat)
- 100g Nutella
- 20g Skim milk (add more if needed)
- 1/2 Teaspoon gelatin powder
Instructions
Base
- Step 1: Mix protein, oats, coconut flour, maple syrup, skim milk and butter (melted) in a bowl until combined (it will be sticky)
- Step 2: Once combined press into a lined baking tin
- Step 3: Place in the fridge
Cheesecake
- Step 1: Combine cream cheese, protein powder and skim milk in a bowl. Using am electric mixer, mix well until combined. Add melted nutella and combine
- Step 2: In a separate bowl mix gelatin powder with a splash of boiling water and mix until dissolved
- Step 3: Pour into cheesecake mix and mix well
- Step 4: Pour onto cheesecake base
- Step 5: Freeze overnight
- Step 6: Cut into 15 pieces, store in fridge or freezer
