Mocha Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 50g WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Iced Coffee flavour
- 30g Collagen Protein in Chocolate flavour
- 50 g pitted dates
- 150g cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 60g quick oats
- 3 Weetbix
- 25g shredded coconut
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients except protein powders into a high speed mixer.
- Step 2: In another bowl, mix the protein powders with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of cold water and stir until it’s not too thick.
- Step 3: Add to the dry mixture and blitz until all ingredients are combined.
- Step 4: Place in the fridge for 20 minutes until firm.
- Step 5: Roll into balls and coat in toppings of your choice. @jessandbabyella used coconut, crushed peanuts and grated hazelnut chocolate.
