Ingredients
- 30g Bulk Nutrients Micellar Casein Protein
- 50g self-raising flour
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix micellar casein and greek yogurt until it forms a dough.
- Step 2: Form into a ring shape and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden on top.
- Step 3: Serve with your favourite toppings. We used lite cream cheese.
