Keto Banana Coconut Easter Chicks

Ingredients
Balls
- 60g Bulk Nutrients WPC in Banana
- 100g desiccated coconut
- 60g coconut cream
- 20g coconut oil
- 20g sweetener
- 1tsp vanilla
Coating
- 40g white chocolate
- 10g coconut oil
- 20g desiccated coconut
- Optional drops of yellow food colouring
Optional Decorations (not included in macros)
- 8 lolly bananas, halved lengthways for wings
- 16 candy eyeballs
- 1 orange jelly baby or snake, cut into small triangles for beaks
Instructions
- Step 1: Blitz the ball ingredients in a food processor until combined.
- Step 2: Roll into 8 equal sized balls. Freeze for about 30mins.
- Step 3: Prepare the coating by melting together the white chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl. Put the extra desiccated coconut into another small bowl. If you are making your balls into Easter chicks, add a few drops of yellow food colouring to the coconut and rub in with your fingertips until evenly coloured.
- Step 4: Roll each ball in the white chocolate, then straight into the desiccated coconut until evenly coated. If making Easter chicks, dip your decorations into the white chocolate and press into place on the balls as pictured. Place each ball onto a lined tray to set in the fridge. Can be kept in the fridge or freezer.
