Healthy Banana Cake

Ingredients
Bread
- 115g Bulk Nutrients Protein Matrix in Vanilla or Vanilla Maple
- 275g (4 small) bananas
- 310g greek yoghurt
- 120g coconut flour
- 145g egg whites
- 15g stevia
- 8g baking soda
Frosting
- 50g Bulk Nutrients Protein Matrix+ in Vanilla or Vanilla Maple
- 150g Cashews soaked
- 4tbs sugar-free maple
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- 125ml cashew milk
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat over to 190 degrees.
- Step 2: Soak cashews.
- Step 3: Mash banana & add all of the bread ingredients into a bowl and stir.
- Step 4: Grease 2 bread tins and bake for 25 minutes.
- Step 5: Blend frosting ingredients together.
- Step 6: Allow cakes to cool on a wire tray before icing.
