Green Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 30g WPC/WPI/Collagen Protein/Matrix+ in Vanilla
- 5g Green Fusion powder (I used Flavoured)
- 130ml unsweetened almond milk
- 120g frozen mango (do not thaw)
- 50g frozen banana (do not thaw)
- Large handful of baby spinach leaves
- Large handful of ice
Optional topping suggestions (not included in macros)
- shredded coconut
- granola
- chia seeds
- fresh fruit
- nuts and seeds
- peanut butter, etc
Instructions
- Step 1: Put everything in a food processor and process until smooth & thick.
- Step 2: Pour into a bowl, and top with your favourite toppings (not included in macros).
