Easter Inspired Caramel Blondies

Ingredients
- 60g WPC in Vanilla Maple
- 50g self raising flour
- 40g brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 210g YoPro vanilla yoghurt
- 75ml almond milk
- 45ml melted bicsoff spread
- 40g mini easter eggs
Instructions
- Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees on bake and line a baking tin.
- Step 2: In a bowl mix protein powder, flour, brown sugar and baking powder until all mixed together.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl mix yoghurt, almond milk and biscoff. Pour into the dry mixture. Fold together (do not over mix).
- Step 4: Pour into lined tin, sprinkle easter eggs on top. Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked right through. Let cool before cutting into squares.
