Chocolate Popcorn Crackle Bars

Ingredients
- 60g Protein powder in Chocolate
- 80g air-popped popcorn (I used 4x20g packets)
- 200g milk chocolate
- 20g coconut oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Place the popcorn in a large bowl.
- Step 2: Melt together the chocolate and the coconut oil in a separate bowl.
- Step 3: Add the protein powder to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
- Step 4: Stir the chocolate mixture into the popcorn until evenly coated, then press into a large lined baking tray (I used 20x30cm). Refrigerate or freeze until set, then cut into 8.
