Choccy Mousse Cups

Ingredients
- 40g Bulk Nutrients Micellar Casein in Chocolate
- 250g Yogurt
- 50ml Skim milk
- 80g Milk Chocolate
Instructions
- Step 1: Melt chocolate in the microwave and spread evenly into silicone muffin trays, up the sides and on the bottom.
- Step 2: Place in freezer until set.
- Step 3: In a bowl mix casein and yogurt together until well combined.
- Step 4: Place in fridge.
- Step 5: Once the cups are set, carefully push the bottom of the tray to get the cup out.
- Step 6: Place on a plate (lined with baking paper) and return to the fridge or freezer for 10 mins.
- Step 7: Spoon the mousse mixture into cups and store in the fridge.
