Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raspberries
Chocolate layer
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate in Chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon of zero/low-calorie sweetener
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Mint layer
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate in Vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon of zero/low-calorie sweetener
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2-1 teaspoon peppermint essence
Instructions
- Step 1: In a blender/processor add 2 avocados, zero/low-calorie sweetener and 2 tablespoons coconut milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: Separate the mix into two bowls.
- Step 3: In one bowl add the remaining chocolate ingredients and mix well.
- Step 4: In the other bowl add the remaining mint ingredients and mix well.
- Step 5: Layer the components randomly into two glasses with raspberries added as desired.
- Step 6: Eat immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
