Choc Honeycomb Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Collagen Protein in Choc Honeycomb
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoon Mount Somers chocolate hazelnut honey
- 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Step 1: Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees on bake & line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Step 2: In a bowl mix all wet ingredients together and in another bowl mix all dry ingredients together.
- Step 3: Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture and fold through.
- Step 4: Wet your hands and using 1 tablespoon of the mixture roll into balls and flatten on baking tray.
- Step 5: Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Step 6: Let cool & store in an airtight container.
