Carrot Cake Doughnuts

Ingredients
Doughnut
- 25g Bulk Nutrients WPI or WPC in Vanilla
- 25g Bulk Nutrients Earth Protein in Vanilla
- 60g Egg whites
- 20ml Skim milk
- 50g Plain flour
- 100g Yogurt
- 75g Grated carrot
- 5g Natvia gold sweetener
- 5g Baking powder
- 3g Baking soda
Icing
- 55g Light cream cheese
- 50g Bakers secret icing sugar
- 5ml Skim milk
- 5g Walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
Doughnut
- Step 1: Whisk egg whites in a bowl, stir in yogurt and milk until combined.
- Step 2: Add protein powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda and sweetener in a bowl.
- Step 3: Stir in grated carrot and mix until all combined.
- Step 4: Pour mixture into doughnut pan.
- Step 5: Bake 10-12 mins on 180 degrees.
- Step 6: Allow to cool before icing.
Icing
- Step 1: Mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Step 2: Stir in icing sugar slowly.
- Step 3: Add milk and mix well.
- Step 4: Refrigerate until ready to ice doughnuts.
