Banana Bread Spread

Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI or WPC in Banana
- 20g pecans
- 20g walnuts
- 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut or almond milk
- 40g soaked (and drained) dates or prunes
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until well combined.
- Step 2: Store in the fridge until ready to use.
