Ingredients
- 1 serve Limited Edition Berry Fizz Creatine Monohydrate
- 2 Tbsp mixed berries – mashed
- 200ml sugar free lemonade or soda water
- Ice-cubes to serve
Instructions
- Step 1: Mash berries and place in a glass.
- Step 2: Add half the lemonade/soda water and mix together with creatine monohydrate.
- Step 3: Add ice and top with remaining lemonade/soda water.
