Raspberry Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Vanilla flavour
- 1/3 cup raspberries - fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil - melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
- 2-3 tablespoons almond milk - add more if mix is dry
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor to combine.
- Step 2: Roll into 11 even sized balls.
- Step 3: Roll through coconut and place in the fridge to set.
- Step 4: Enjoy!
