Ingredients 1 scoop (30g) Bulk Nutrients WPI, WPC, Thermowhey or Protein Matrix in Vanilla flavour 1/3 cup raspberries - fresh or frozen 1/2 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 2 tablespoons coconut oil - melted 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup 2-3 tablespoons almond milk - add more if mix is dry Instructions Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor to combine. Step 2: Roll into 11 even sized balls. Step 3: Roll through coconut and place in the fridge to set. Step 4: Enjoy!
